Order through our Secure Online Store...
**Use your Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express card to purchase merchandise online.
   Simply browse the merchandise listings.
**When you want to buy, Just click the button.
   This will put the item in your shopping cart.
**You may continue shopping and/or may "View/Edit Cart" button at any time,
   or click the "Check Out Register" button (which both buttons looks like to your left) to
   complete your order.

Orders by Phone or Fax...
**You can also order by Phone, Fax, or Mail.  To print out a form for this type of order, click
   the above menu under "Order Form", and follow instructions,  or  click here.

Internet Payment Options...
**Presently, we are using a secured SSL for both store and credit approval.
**The customer will need to verify a detailed "approval of ownership" of the credit card used
   for purchases on this site.
**We require the CVV2 verification through VeriSign: a three-digit value for Visa/MasterCard
   and Discover, which is printed on the signature panel on the back of credit cards
   immediately following the card account number.  As for Amex, a four-digit value on the front
   of the card.
**The CVV2 value helps validate two things:  The customer has their credit card in his/her
   possession, and the card account is legitimate.
**It's a little more detailed work, but it safeguards everyone involved, and well worth it.
For security reasons, Credit Card Number are transmitted directly to the banking network for authorization.  We do not record or store your Credit Card Number information on purchases, or other information involved, on this site.

All Other Payment Options...
**Preferably, a Credit Card is the quickest approval, for approval please call 707.884.3153.
**A Check and/or Money Order will take approximately 10-15 days, after a clearance from the
   bank.  At the approval and receipt of monetary amount, the product(s) will be shipped at that
   time.
**There is a $20.00 charge for all returned checks.
**Returned checks that go unpaid will be turned over for collection, and the customer will be
   responsible for all collection costs.

General Information to Customers...
**If you have ANY questions about our products, please contact us before ordering.
**Due to circumstances beyond our control, some items ordered may be discontinued.  You will
  be notified via eMail if an item is no longer available and your order will be cancelled.
**Please NOTE:  Some suppliers change THEIR policies without notice, thereby affecting our stock
  quantities or our ability to provide certain items in just a single quantity.  We make no
  guarantee that we can fill orders made by customers when our suppliers will not break a case.
  Items offered in case quantities are offered as a special service.  If you have any questions,
  please call or eMail them to us and we will be happy to help.
**Specialty jewelry (i.e. Zealandia Designs, S.M. Peterman, Wild Bryde, Lovell Designs...etc),
  may take up to 8 weeks to obtain, as they are unique and hand-made, these would be
  considered as "Special Order" items and are NOT refundable.  (Unless there's an manufacturer
  defect, we will help correct the problem with the designers, as they stand behind their artistic
  works).
**SPECIAL ORDERS on items that are unique may be charged BEFORE item is shipped.  These
  Special ordered items are NON-REFUNDABLE, as they are items not part of our regular stock and
  this is a special service.  Please be sure before ordering that you are aware of CelebrationsCA
  policy with regard to your order.  If you have any questions whether your order is considered
  NON-REFUNDABLE, please send us an eMail or call us using our toll free number.

Shipping...
**When shipping a product, choose which shipping vendor is best for your item, at times, USPS
   (United States Postal Service) would be the best choice in terms of saving on the shipping
   charges.
**In general, customers seem to chose UPS, which is fine, however, if a product must be
   shipped from our vendor directly to you, they will specify a shipper, the added cost to us will
   not be passed on to you, our customer.
**Shipping charges will NOT be increased.
**We have the right to CHANGE shipper if the cost of shipping the item seems over-rated, and
   will adjust charges to reflect this change to the lower price, and bill your Credit Card
   accordingly, in other words, you are saving money!!!
**Orders are generally shipped within 2 days of receipt.
**If there will be any delay on the item, we will contact you with information on when an item
   is expected to be available, by phone or eMail provided.
**At Celebrations, we just pass on the shipping charges, and unlike other companies, we don't
   raise the prices of our products to cover "hidden" charges that may occur.
**Usually combination of items shipped together, shipping charges will be adjusted DOWN from
   the approved charges that was submitted to the appropriate credit card company.

International Shipping...
**Orders will be shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service), as of yet, UPS (United Postal
   Service) system here is not set up for international shipping at this time.

Sales Tax...
**California residents or orders shipped in California: a 8.25% State sales tax will be
   automatically calculated and added to your order.

Return Policy...
**Items MUST be inspected immediately upon arrival, if any damage is noted, it must be reported
  immediately to us for further instructions or forfeit any possible refund.
**If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase made on this website,
   you can return it to Celebrations, however, any order/orders are subject to a
   15% re-stocking fee, all applicable shipping charges, and a 4% credit card fee which we
   have to pay to the credit card company no matter what the outcome is.
   This will help us to eliminate customers buying $500.00 or more, i.e. Jewelry, and sending all
   but one back.
**If you need to return or exchange an item, please send us an eMail,  click here ,
   or to "Returns@CelebrationsCA.com"  immediately upon receipt of purchase,
   or call us at 707.884.3153.
**We promise to serve you, as best we can, to your complete satisfaction.
**We will exchange the product, or issue a credit or refund as reasonable.
**We ask that returned products be in original condition with original packaging and materials,
   with all accessories, insert sheets, and anything else included.
**Item(s) and packaging must be clean, undamaged, complete, and in saleable condition.
**For your protection, please send your return prepaid via a shipping service that can be
   tracked, such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, or your preference.
**Please be sure to keep your receipt.
**We cannot guarantee refunds for returns sent via a non-traceable method.
**Customers are responsible for the return freight.
**Damaged goods or incomplete returns are not refundable.
**"Custom orders" OR "Special orders" are not refundable.
**"Limited Edition" are classified as a "Special Order" and are non refundable.
**Shipping charges are not refundable (unless the return is a result of our error).
**If you paid by credit card, your card will be credited the balance due you.
**If you paid by check or money order, you will receive a check for the balance due you.
**No refunds will be made after 10 days of the original shipping date, unless prior arrangement
   has been made.

Defective Merchandise...
**We try very hard to inspect each and every product that comes in for your needs, however,
   if you receive any defective products, call us at 707.884.3153, immediately upon receipt.
**Always inspect the package and contents immediately upon arrival.
**If merchandise received is damaged during shipping, please retain all parts, packing material
   and merchandise, it is the carrier's responsibility to reimburse you for the loss on your claim.

We do not sell, rent, or otherwise give our customers' information to any outside company or organization...and unlike 'NIKE®' agents, "WE" JUST "DON'T" DO IT...!   :)

**We refuse to do business with persons,  who we do not deem to be dealing in
   "good faith" practices.  Upon investigation and at our discretion if something seems fishy or
   are engaging in "PHISHING"... we cannot do business or honor your requests and/or order.
