Dispite what my gift message said I have to confess that this

We don't calculate the shipping charges for our products.
If you choose UPS, they have "fuel surcharge" added.
What we do is basically change the shipping method from UPS to
USPS, and we have always adjusted the charges before billing
our customer.
If you read our webpage "Customer Comments", you will see how
we have always done this procedure.

Just a note to let you know what a great help your
nice, succinct jewelry glossary has been to my staff.
We write copy for a fashion catalog, and I had a feeling we were
using incorrect terminology in describing our very low-end
jewelry items. It is pretty, sparkly, low-priced stuff, and
little else. We needed to goose the copy a bit, while remaining
completely truthful (trust me, we aren't competition to anybody
